Shipping & Delivery
Every print is made specifically for you after your order is placed. It takes us 3–5 days to print, frame (if added) and dispatch, then it ships.
Delivery from dispatch:
India: within a week
Europe: 1–2 weeks
Rest of the world: 1–2 weeks
Free shipping within India. Free international shipping on orders over €99.
You'll get a tracking link the moment it leaves us. We use a mix of international carriers and local couriers depending on where you are.
Returns & Exchanges
Because everything is printed and made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items.
If something arrives damaged or defective, that's on us. Get in touch within 7 days of delivery at collectors@theprintloft.art with a short video of the damage and we'll replace it or sort it out. We need to see the damage before we can act on it, so please don't dispose of the packaging.
Privacy Policy
The only information we hold is what's needed to get your order to you like your name, email, and shipping address. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for anything beyond that.
We never see your card details.
Cookies keep your cart intact between visits and help us understand broadly how the site is being used. You can turn them off in your browser if you prefer.
If you'd like your data removed, email us at admin@theprintloft.art. This policy falls under Indian law.
Terms & Conditions
By ordering, you're confirming you're 18 or older and that the details you've given us are correct.
The prints are reproductions of original works. Buying one doesn't transfer the underlying copyright that stays with the artist. The print is yours, the image isn't.
Prices show in your local currency where possible, but charges process in INR or EUR. We update pricing occasionally without notice.
Customs delays, carrier issues, and things outside our control aren't something we can be held responsible for.

FAQ
Are the prints limited edition?
Some are, most aren't. The limited editions are fixed runs. When a size sells out, it's gone for good. Open edition prints don't have that constraint.
What paper do you use?
Open editions print on Hahnemühle Matte 210gsm fine art paper. Limited editions use either Hahnemühle Museum Etching (matte) or Photo Rag Baryta (glossy). Both are genuinely archival papers, rated for 100+ years under normal display conditions.
Will it fit a standard frame?
Yes, the sizes are set with standard frames in mind.
Do you ship outside India?
Everywhere. Free shipping within India, and free international shipping on orders over €99. Check the shipping section above for delivery times.
